Athrotaxites
Athrotaxites is an extinct genus of conifers belonging to the family Cupressaceae, known primarily from fossil material dating to the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. It is closely related to the extant Tasmanian genus Athrotaxis, and is typically classified within the subfamily Athrotaxoideae.
