Hyaenodontidae

Hyaenodontidae is a family of placental mammals in the extinct superfamily Hyaenodontoidea. Hyaenodontids arose during the early Eocene and persisted well into the late Miocene. Fossils of this group have been found in Asia, North America and Europe.
